Alan Erdot

Erdot was an employee of the old hospital in Raccoon Forest that was closed down in 1993 following illegal experimentation that went wrong. He worked alongside Administrator Albert Lester in a bid to cure Lester’s terminally ill wife, Dorothy.

Following the closure of the hospital, Alan Erdot moved away from Raccoon City to escape the horror and the guilt over the things he had participated in.

In a bid to cure his demons, Alan returned to the site of the old hospital in 1998. However, the experience of seeing the place again brought all his nightmares back to the surface and he began to feel mentally affected. He wondered if the insanity he now felt was some sort of divine punishment for his crimes against humanity.

Erdot decided to end his life. He wrote a letter confessing his guilt and left it in the hospital ruins before killing himself.
