Arthur

Arthur was a Raccoon City cop who was working alongside deputy Chief of Police Raymond Douglas the night the riots began to swell out of control. He was one of the first officers on the scene when zombies burst into J's Bar. Using a tannoy, Arthur helped evacuate the survivors by directing them down to street level. However, he was killed by zombies on the main street outside the bar.
