Charlie

A member of the Raccoon City fire department. On the night of the outbreak, Charlie was part of a team assisting the R.P.D. with the evacuation of the Apple Inn and surviving area.

After entering the Apple Inn with his colleague Len, they checked the basement for possible survivors when suddenly the poorly maintained boiler exploded, killing both of them. Their bodies were found by a group of survivors who had just escaped from the unfolding carnage at J’s Bar further down the street. Another fireman, Danny, can be heard trying to re-establish contact with the pair via the radio. But the survivors cannot transmit back.
