Don Weller was an Umbrella employee charged with transporting
volatile chemicals to and from William Birkin’s laboratory
beneath Raccoon City. He did this on the 28th of every month,
using the connecting sewer facilities. His work was naturally
dangerous, and he eventually became exposed to the T-Virus.
