Dorothy Lester

Wife of hospital administrator, Albert. Dorothy developed an aggressive form of cancer and was admitted to the hospital in the Arklay Mountains for treatment. As her condition worsened, Albert was forced to use the experimental drugs provided by Umbrella to try and help her. The drugs contained experimental strains of the T-Virus and although the treatment worked initially, she eventually became a zombie.
When local reporter Kurt broke into the hospital looking for proof that the hospital was involved in malpractice, he was killed by the zombified Dorothy.

A giant plant that had become infected with the virus later consumed Dorothy’s body.
When survivors of Raccoon City destroyed the plant five years later, her corpse was expelled from it.
