Franklin Hart

Hart was the head of the US government's technology department, holding the rank of Colonel. He was part of a squad of US Special Forces that were deployed to the Dead Factory on September 29th. They brought with them the 'Paracelsus Sword'; an experimental rail cannon that was so powerful that Hart was dubious about using it in actual combat. However, he conceeded it would be of great help when the team tried to acquire a sample of Umbrella's G-Virus.

However, Hart's team were wiped out when a helicopter containing Colonel Sergei Vladimir dropped several T-103 tyrants into the area. During the battle, both all the humans and the Tyrants were killed.
