Kevin Dooley

Kevin was a pilot for the Raccoon City Police Department and it is important to note that he was not a S.T.A.R.S. member. He was occassionally ordered by his superiors to assist the unit with piloting duties whenever neccessary.

Kevin was a mechanical wizard and an accomplished stunt pilot. Despite his past in the entertainment industry, Kevin took his role in the S.T.A.R.S. unit very seriously. He was instrumental in rescuing many citizens from dangerous situations in the dense Raccoon Forest area and the rocky Arklay Mountains.

For the Mansion Incident, Kevin was once agin ordered to assist S.T.A.R.S. and served as main pilot instead of Edward Dewey, which allowed Edward to go out into the field once the bird had landed.

However, following their mysterious helicopter crash, Kevin stayed inside the craft and waited for Alpha Team to arrive whilst the other Bravos began their search for Billy Coen.

Whilst waiting alone, he was attacked and killed by a pack of Cerberus dogs. His body was discovered by Joseph Frost roughly 24 hours later.
