Nathan Donnelly

A criminal who is incarcerated in a cell next to Ben Bertolucci's in the RPD lock up. It is unknown how long he has been there. He is locked up alongside fellow con Samuel Kirk. Both of whom are still present and alive by September 28th but as of September 29th when Leon S. Kennedy arrives, they are both missing. Samuel's fate is unknown but it is unlikely he survived the outbreak.
