Regan Mallet

Mother of Lucy Mallet. She had decided to try and escape Raccoon City. Knowing that all the main access routes had been barricaded by the military who would not let anyone pass, Regan decided their best chance was to run through the forest and Arklay Mountains.

However, they are attacked and Regan is seperated from her daughter. After a frantic search, she arrives at Al Lester's cabin where she meets a group of survivors who have also had the same idea about escaping from the doomed city.

She is too injured to go out searching for her daughter again and so the survivors offer to help. Regan knows her daughter will not listen to strangers and so gives them her pendant as a way of showing Lucy she can trust these people to help her.
