A normal alligator is scary enough but an alligator that is five times its normal size will give you nightmares. This is exactly what Leon and Claire discovered in a dumpster while searching the sewers of Raccoon City. Supposedly a baby alligator living in the sewers became exposed during the outbreak, and mutated into a humongous alligator capable of eating a human in one bite. The giant alligator was defeated when it bit down on a gas canister which was then shot at by Leon blowing the alligators head clean off. That is the only reported case of a T-virus infected alligator.
