Saddler is essentially the “queen” parasite; his true form is just as majestic as it should be. Saddler becomes a large four-legged spider like monster. His head became this large snake like organism that had huge pinchers and a large eye, which serves as the weak spot of the parasite.

Saddler chases Leon all around the construction area, throwing massive metal beams at him and trying to stab him with his sharp legs. Leon focused all his attention on that center eye; all it did was slow the monster down but not kill it. Ada supplied Leon with a special rocket launcher, which he uses to blow Saddler to pieces, ending the Plagas threat.
