Salazar

By far the most disgusting, hideous, indescribable monstrosity to ever form from a Plagas, Salazar transforms into this monstrosity when provoked. Salazar’s upper torso remains humanoid; his heart is exposed and from his waist comes out three huge tentacle-like creatures. The center tentacle has a head shape that can open and eat a human with ease.



Leon battles the creature, avoiding getting stomped by the other two tentacles while firing on the protective head. Once injured, Ramon’s body and heart become exposed; this is when Leon made his final strike against the diminutive man.
