Two new functions have been added to the Biohaze Community Forums:

1. Reputation System , which consists of giving 'thanks' to a user when their post(s) are helpful. By clicking this button below a members post, you are giving them one reputation point.

Users may use this feature as many times as they wish, although obvious abuse will result in a warning. Users with the most reputation points will be added to a special ranking and receive special privileges.

If you want to receive a PM when someone thanks you, go to User Control Panel > Board preferences > Notify me if someone thanks my post (select 'Yes'). For a complete list of these actions, you can check the ' Reputation ' link in the navigation bar.

2. Facebook integration . You can now login with your Facebook account and link it with Biohaze (optional). To link/unlink your accounts or invite your Facebook friends to Biohaze, go to User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Facebook settings.

If you are a new user reading this news, you can register simply by clicking "Facebook Connect" at the bottom of the board index without the need of a password. Select your desired username and become part of the Biohaze community in a simplified manner.

Hey this is an ancient thread, please check the date of the last post. Bumps like these are not allowed except there's something noteworthy to be added.

Even more ancient than the last one... please stop bumping old threads.

Stay on topic guys. Also, how is 'gay' an insult? Remember, we have members of different sexual preferences here. Please show respect to them.

By the way, the RSS feeds weren't working properly for some weeks. I mended the code error and it's working as usual again.

The official Biohazard 5 Alternative Edition website was updated today with a new entry about The Mercenaries Reunion in the "Director's Note" blog. Following that, the Extra Figures section has opened and reveals that the player needs to complete certain tasks in the game for these to be unlocked.

Direct feed pictures showing Rebecca and Barry in The Mercenaries Reunion and a new wallpaper featuring Josh, Excella, Rebecca and Barry are available in the official japanese website . Also, the three new official avatars can now be selected from the 'Biohaze Rebirth' category.

Theme 06: The Mercenaries Reunion

"The Mercenaries" was originally a Biohazard 4 bonus after beating the game. It was well received by everyone and was very attractive because it was non stop action against enemies to score points. Biohazard 5 added to it the Duo mode that combines the elements of cooperative play.

"The Mercenaries" has another major advantaje, which is that we can freely add characters to it without worrying about conflicts with the main story. That's why we were able to add characters beyond Resident Evil 5 to it.

Two of these new additions are fan favorites Rebecca, the heroine in Resident Evil 0, and Barry who was last seen at the very end of Resident Evil 3. This may have come as a big surprise to all the Biohazard fans, especially those who like Barry (he has kept you waiting for a long time!), and why not Rebecca or even Excella fans.

If you thought Biohazard 1's dialogue couldn't get any worse, think again:

Part 2:

Fucking hilarious

Playr has uploaded a three and a half minutes gameplay video of Chris and Jill solving some puzzles in Lost In Nightmares. You can watch the video at BiohazeTV in high definition.

Thanks to Archelon for the tip!

What I'm hoping for is a Barry retaining that custom Beretta 92F dubbed Samurai Edge. Was that ever mentioned?

This looks like it:

Found this pretty interesting post at Capcom Unity:

So I got on my Japanese PSN Account the other day and noticed that they had a Resident Evil 5 theme that the US Store does have. So I Purchased it and I flipped though all the Background images had the character the theme includes are Chris, Sheva, Jill, Excella, Josh Stone, Resident Evil 5 Logo, Ricardo Irving, Wesker, and Ozwell E. Spencer so it got my thinking this could be for the RE5 Alternate Edition in Japan but the weirdest thing was Jill is featured in a costume I have never seen before She's in a blue outfit with blonde hair. Take a look at the photo below and see for your self sorry the image isn't that good I took a photo of my TV.

Why would they release a blonde Jill render with the BSAA uniform? Only time we've ever seen her like that in-game is in the PDA picture (sleeping inside the tube).

has it been officially confirmed that DLC will not be coming to the PC version

No, it's just not planned at the moment. They'll probably announce it months later like the PC version.

foxy: Yeah, I seem to have the same problem, I unlocked "Way of the warrior" and "Getaway" but neither are showing on or my 360 (still showing 65 achievements in total). Thanks for the tip.

Edit: It didn't work, both achievements are now gone, wtf!
Edit 2: I read that I need to re-unlock them... well, the scenario is fun so that's no problem to me!

Yes, you must reunlock them after recovering your tag. I'm gonna wait until I'm sure this problem is fixed before doing the level on pro, I've gone through it twice so far though and I've really enjoyed it.
Looks like it's been fixed. There are 70 achievements listed now, which is the correct number when you have both DLCs. It may also because I deleted the file from the morning and re-downloaded it.

I insulted him on Xbox Live thinking it was the burglar  But he told me via Biohaze's PM that he bought a cheaper, refurbished 360 until he gets it back/buys another.

The Biohaze Community Forums have been updated with five new language packs. You can choose between French , German , Italian , Spanish and Portuguese , as well as the previously available English and Japanese.

For a better experience, you are now able to quickly change the language by clicking one of the flags in the navigation bar (default style only).

Please remember that posting on the forum should still be conducted in English unless otherwise allowed by a forum staff member.

Looking forward to this. We might get even more info regarding the LIN files, and new art is always welcomed. Here's the cover:

Anyone here really enjoy Assassin's Creed? I have it, but not sure if it is worth playing all the way through. It hasn't grabbed me.

Maybe it might be worth it for ACII? No clue.
Assassin's Creed is great, but you'll love ACII even more. It has everything the first game did right but with way more varied missions, less repetitive and improved combat system. It's definitely in my top 5 games from 2009.
