Outside of Outbreak's very small group of dedicated fans, no one wants a new one.
They're not stupid, just in the habit of lying to themselves, and then getting upset at people who don't agree with what they've tricked themselves into thinking is the truth.

The following pattern happens every year with them.
"They didn't announce it at TGS, but they'll announce something about Outbreak at E3!"
"They didn't announce it at E3, but they'll announce something about Outbreak at SDCC!"
"They didn't announce it at SDCC, but they'll announce something about Outbreak at Captivate!"
"They didn't announce it at Captivate, but they'll announce something about Outbreak at TGS!"

I might have gotten the expos out of order, but you get the idea.
Also if there is whispers of anything RE related, then in their minds it MUST be Outbreak! Then they get all upset and accuse Capcom of betraying them when it turns out to be something else.

Lastly, that chart has some seriously fudged figures, but ZP is well know for being an Outbreak spin-doctor on other websites. So no surprise there.

Outbreak supporters, ask yourselves this. If Capcom had any faith in Outbreak, why are they pretending it does not exist? The way they are describing ORC as the first real online RE experience suggests that Outbreak is one ugly little secret, they want swept under the rug.

So in summary, Outbreak apologists have gone from saying "Well, Outbreak's load times are no longer than other RE games!" to merely justifying the long load times. And last time I checked, 2 or 3 NPCs do not put that much of a tax on ram. :roll: I suppose next you'll try to pass off all of the game's problems as deliberate design choices, made to make the game more "challenging".

Yes, because pestering the hell out of Capcom will get you what you want.
No wonder you guys have gotten nowhere. "Hey maybe if we get them really annoyed at us, they'll do what we want!!!". This isn't Bizzaro World. FFVII has way more dedicated fans and they never got a remake, no matter how much they've bothered S/E about it. What makes you think you'll fare better?

And hoping that every single event, presser, or random words that comes out of a Capcom employee's mouth is going to bring you Outbreak news is just inflicting torture on yourself.
"We're announcing something RE related at E3!"
"OUTBREAK!?! I bet it's Outbreak!"
"We're announcing a new game at CC!"
"OUTBREAK!?! I bet it's Outbreak!"
"We're painting the office today, we're choosing a very bold, and exciting color."
"OUTBREAK!?! I bet it's Outbreak!"
"Whoever used the office restroom last forgot to flush. There's something really nasty in there..."
"OUTBREAK!?! I bet it's Outbreak!"
