first on the agenda: Super Street Fighter IV is getting an arcade version, which is being location tested . That means new characters like Yun and Yang from the SFIII series and "balance" tweaks.

The "balance" tweaks are suspect, because almost all of the changes are ridiculous and don't seem to serve a purpose other than just to change shit around. Silly stuff like removing Seth's Dhalsim-like jumping Fierce changes how the character plays in a major (and probably not good) way. Barring Sagat's changes, most of the changes are rubbish.

Anyway, I've recently acquired a TTT PCB for $120; comes with the original manual, marquee and two Happ sticks. It's being tested and will ship soon, then I'll commence the small burner project of building a Supergun. I'll be getting PSX controller converters as well, but the tricky/rare part seems to be the 48 pin kick harness which were used for all of Namco's PSX based System 11 and 12 games :/

The ditched them with the System 246 and beyond to a standard Capcom CPS2 type. But since I have no choice with this one, I'll have to look hard for it, make a custom solution or just solder the wires.

I don't know how interested I am in the new SF4, I guess it comes down to them adding a character I'm interested in enough to play more.

BlazBlue CS 2 is getting location tested right now and its an internet patchable arcade update. Also adds Mu and DLC characters as well as the balance patch we are getting at the end of the year.

I'm still consistently hype about Marvel 3.

I heard about some really stupid changes in BBCS 2.0, like Bang losing wallbounce off of his (I think) 623 move... are they trying to say that Bang shouldn't combo at all? Lmao

Worse that Tsubaki lost it. Bang doesn't need it, Tsubaki though, all of her good combos involved 22D bounce. :/ At least they will still work in the corner I guess...

Didn't she gain instant charge or somesuch? Sorry if I'm misinformed on the news, I only glanced through the thread on dustloop.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

5D gives her one stock instantly and charges slowly afterwards. 2D charges slow but the longer you charge the faster it goes, dunno about jump D. Really bad thing though is she can't charge safely anymore like she can now with 2D.

Also wall bouncing is impossible with Ragna to. They pretty much removed the gimmick completely.
