You can't anymore. The Japanese servers were closed down on June 30 2011: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=5661

I think they are shutdown, in the US at least.

Dam lol me a bit later. how about host a sever on my pc so me and my bro can play

Not sure why this is in the Biohaze forum, unless the description has lied to me this is for questions regarding the site itself, anywho.

As mentioned above really, the US servers of both Outbreak Files 1 & 2 shut down a few years ago and the Japanese servers stayed strong until June last year. There has been talk of private servers in this thread here though it seems to be in a state of limbo and I wouldn't count on it actually happening.

So no sadly, there are no ways to play this online now.
