I tried to go online on outbreak 1 and i go far as i have to log on on my KDDI account and it works but after its saying something but i dont understand japanese so i cant fix the problem =( i have 2 options 1 that returns me to the menu and the other when i press on it it do nothing its keep returning the same things and then i have to choose again anything know something about that ??

Anyway you can take a pic of those writing? that would help us understand the situation better

Seems like your game data is not up to date (req. update if you havent play ob1 before, i remember back then when i started jp ob1 it req me to update) or corrupted
try backup the gamesave then delete/start a new one data and go online with it.

I have to delete my savegame of outbreak 1 ? but i just got it i dont have any savegame about it
