A NeoGAF user recently posted an off-screen picture revealing Jill's alternate costume in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3: her Resident Evil 3 casual outfit. According to them, the alternate costume is unlocked right away if you have a Marvel vs Capcom 3 save file.

Gamespot features an article with a breakdown of the different alternates for other Biohazard characters like Chris, Wesker and Nemesis.

Wish she played like MvC2 Jill instead though.

The breakdown by gamespot isn't for alt costumes, it's for the alt colors. Just thought you should know. I know gamespot lists it as 'costume' breakdown, but, it's just alt colors. Chris' STARS costume you have to buy with the original DLC pack, Wesker's STARS costume comes as a pre-order from Best Buy I believe, and Nemesis' alt costume hasn't been revealed yet.


It's pretty lame overall though that we're still gonna have to buy all these alts as DLC after the game comes out. It's obvious they're already done and on the disc, Capcom is just being twats as usual and making us pay more for less.

And she has the device on her chest, why?

^Because her taunt and Level 3 involve it. Not to mention she is supposed to be enslaved. Having a normal non-enslaved RE3 Jill with the moveset and animations and vocals she has would be odd. I don't 'approve' of it on her chest either, but, I understand 'why'.

Looks much better than the 'nina williams' RE5 battlesuit she has, but as others have said, it'll look so unfitting with the P-30 device/her moveset. I will say that this costume does make me want to use Jill more though.

Also, here is the alt for Nemesis.

I don't like it at all. The fact that the device is on her chest just for her level 3 and taunt makes no sense either. Jill isn't brainwashed in RE3. And that costume doesn't fit her fighting and play style. And her hair style and face seem really off. It looks really out of place and just brain dead fan service to me. I'd have preferred Bird Lady or even BSAA Jill. I'll rarely use this costume outside of training. Its all about the original Battlesuit Jill and PN03 Vanessa costume (brunette hair).

Oh and MvC3 Jill >>> MvC2 Jill

Yeah, I get that. But there is no logic in a game where video game characters interact with comic book characters. It's unnecessary, a minor detail but it does stick out like a sore thumb.
