This was a very well done and beautiful trailer. While I honestly really did enjoy this trailer quite a lot, the whole part with the licker made me go "lol wut". She... jumped off the wall, grabbed it's tongue, and knifed it to death... Now I could understand if one of the U.S.S. did it. They would probably know what it is, you know? But a Spec Ops soldier that probably has no idea what it is, I dunno...

I will happily say that I enjoyed the rest of the trailer though! As others said, the second the tyrant showed up, it was awesome. I love Lupo's expression; "HOLY SHIT!". Also loved when the U.S.S. appeared before the spec ops. I love how they just stare for a few seconds, then shoot the cop. Looking forward to seeing more anyway.

Nice CG trailer but I'd rather see more gameplay or new areas.

Trailer looks cool for an action game. For RE game? Not so much.

Retcons all over the place, but if you just view the "back to 98/Raccoon" thing as a pretext you'll learn to enjoy this game.

They said they'll retcon stuff (ex: kill leon) so people shouldn't get mad for the retcons/inconcistencies. View it as an action game set in RE universe.
(Hell there's even an AUDI TT in the trailer, a car that came out in the 2000s)


It's still got the RE feel somehow, did anyone notice they interpolated the RE2 / RE3 intro background music ?? :D

The trailer was amazing!!! I'm curious though if that was made from in game cut-scenes or if it was entirely made up for the trailer....which would be a bummer.

Honestly I was a little bit dissapointed to see the two cops get killed. If this game is U.S.S. vs Spec Ops, why do the RPD's finest become dead meat? Leon and Marvain can't be the only competent men in blue.

Wow, I love this trailer. Too bad I like the Spec. Ops members more than the U.S.S ones, at least they have faces and a personality. I would much rather play as them.

I've got to say, the cinematics in this game look fantastic. This was a rather well-made trailer (and I assume it is a cutscene in the game as well?), not exactly for a RE game, though. But it does look fun either way.

They also handled really well the presence of Mr. X, I was actually expecting them to go all ''Oh no, it's a T-something, take the rocket launcher and blow his head off!'', but it turned out to be a ''HOLY SHIT!'' which was unexpected.

Hahaha, Beltway. That trailer just strengthened the fact that I'm definitely using Beltway. I hope I can do that in-game, shove a grenade in a zombie's mouth and push them towards someone.

Really liked the trailer. And it's nice to finally see the U.S. Special Ops in action and get to see what they look like. The two main ones, the guy and the girl are the best in my opinion. I thought they both looked really cool and I will definately be playing that dude in game when I play on Spec Ops team.

So I have Hankerchief dude for Spec. Ops, Bertha for U.S.S., Carlos for Heroes and Ada for Villains. Guys for hero teams and girls for villain teams. Works for me!

Also, I'm glad they haven't shown more gameplay yet. I'd rather have the majority of the game be a surprise when i play it than have the great majority of it spoiled in video previews prior to release. This CG trailer was perfect. Got me hyped for the game without really giving away too much.

I know right? Me too. They seem to be on par in combat ability vs. the U.S.S. The licker fighting girl and the other one that says "Let me ask em" seems pretty cool. One gripe I have unrelated is that I love how realistic the hair for the blond Spec ops girl move, and also other characters. Then why is that Claire and Leon's hair in previous trailers look so plastic? And if they can do such great CG work, why in the world is Carlos so fugly?


Ah, figured it was an Audi. Heck, they even have a Mazda 6 first generation (made in 2002), a Chevy Impala (made in 2000), and what the car the Tyrant first throws looks something like the Mercedes R class, but the car Bertha gets her knife stuck on is definitely a mercedes R class and also when a zombie crawls over a mercedes R class when Lupo shines her light on the car while searching for the other RPD cop. And if you look closely, there's a Mercedes S class (current generation) during the U.S.S and Spec ops fire fight. Seems like there's a ton of Mercedes in Raccoon City xD

If only gas is still that cheap, ahha.
