Jessica's Report is found on a special DVD given to those who pre-ordered Biohazard Revelations in Japan. Biohaze and Project Umbrella worked collaboratively in order to bring fans the full package.

Jessica's Report is now available to view via BiohazeTV along with a full written translation provided by Project Umbrella. The video has now also been subtitled to English.
