I would like for it to follow in the footsteps of Rebirth, using the modified classic engine. Perhaps the CVX treatment would be in order, showing Wesker helping Ada after her 'deaths.' It would be great, but either way we already have a masterpiece.

I honestly think that would blow RE4 out of the water if it was like RE Remake

I'd love to have a remake, but with good graphics, not like cvx, something like re4 on the gamecube, something with dynamic lighting system.

As I've mentioned, my problem with this idea is that Biohazard 2's original producer (series creator Shinji Mikami) and director (Hideki Kamiya), as well as those most responsible for the game's excellent storyline (from former Capcom subsidiary Flagship), would have nothing to do with a possible remake. When the original Biohazard was remade for Nintendo's GameCube, Shinji Mikami took on the role of director once again, despite his demanding job as head of the former Capcom Production Studio 4. I don't like the idea of a very different team attempting to recreate the work of what was arguably the greatest development studio the company ever had, and would never consider such a remake to be the "true" version of this masterpiece.

I still think it'd be playable, and I'd love to see what could be made of an RE2make.

Well if it was the original team working on a Biohazard 2 Remake, it would without a doubt kick a ton of ass.

1: Crimson Head's on a rampage on Racoon's street's along with regular Zombie's. (imagine the very start of RE:2 where you have to run to Kendo's shop, only imagine running through about 4 CH Zombie's on the way through)

2: The "muscular Licker's" will look sick with an updated Classic Engine. By muscular I mean the one's from RE:2, and not Outbreak.

3: G will most likly look badass and scary with updated graphics. Aswell as increased AI for G. (not so he's as smart as a Human, but smart enough to pick you up and throw you into a wall.)

4: A more frightening and exciting Alligator battle.

5: Updated and better looking character's.

6: Ivy (mutant plant) in updated graphics.

And much, much more. :)

RE2 using the REmake's modified classic engine would be immensely fantastic. I feel like I've swallowed a dictionary today, lol. :)

Anyway, I feel that since RE2 was such a great game, it would do it much justice being remade for this generation of gamers.

They have remade movie sequels like Dawn of the Dead, so why not RE2? That'd be off the chart if it were true, and I hope they do it, instead of just porting it to the DS and giving it a new name.
