Hi Guys,

As you all noticed Resident Evil revelations quotes heavily from Dante. Surfing the net I found a page that seems to dissect the passages at the beginning of the chapters, analyse them and give an interpretation of what they might mean in accordance to the Resident Evil Revelations Chapters.

I found the read quite interesting

apologises if this has already been brought up

Cheers

Thanks for posting this, it'll be an interesting read. It's good to know someone was able to put their refined knowledge on the subject to use in a way that benefits us. ;)
Between Biohazard and Devil May Cry, Capcom certainly fancies the epic of Dante.

No Problems, While playing through RE.Rev I dismissed all of the Dante references, mainly because I didn't understand them and didnt have a clue what the Divine comedy was all about. nice to see an explanation. It is actually really interesting when analysed.

I actually considered doing this, but as I haven't really had the time, I'm glad someone else has taken the initiative.

Really good article. Right up there with Popular Symbolism's RE5 essays.

The Sea Creeper comparison is so awesome. I never actually thought the writers would put that much thought into the whole Inferno aspect.
