Steve? No. The stuff from /v/ is just a mish-mash of speculation and rumors that came from IGN months ago.

Argh. Beat me to it. IMDB is pretty much able to be edited by any member of the community. I don't even frequent there much anymore because of all the misinformation prior to anything's release.

Well, it coming from /v/ makes me shrug it off all together(no matter if the prospect of some of these are partially interesting). And they didn't even bother to screen the thread of said "leak" and post it up to back their claim.

As for IMDB, it is editable just like everyone else has said, and anyone could have put that information up. (just like the year or so before RE5 was released)

Although I question it, because Riegel WAS working on something zombie-related according to his twitter, either early this year or late last year; but that doesn't necessarily mean it was Resident Evil 6.

I figured that this might be just rumors or false information. I found this stuff on RelyonHorror.com and the IMDB message board (Resident Evil 6). I am a bit hopeful that the mercenary is Steve and the blonde girl is Sherry. If it's not, then oh well.

I do think the information for Leon's scenario might be true. Not sure about Chris or the mercenary's scenario.

Probably bullshit but I have to admit I would like that very much. Nice tie in to the older characters and story lines and the changing inventories and save systems would be an especially nice touch.
