Pedro 5 aka Peter. He recently has reported Biohaze to our hosting service for a violation of TOS. The violation being, he was unlawfully banned, even though it was a temporary ban for various infractions.

Now, I've been one of the few to accept him and allow him to post on our website for quite some time. Years now actually. He's been respectful and has kept the drama to a low, for the most part. However, one worthy temporary ban from a moderator here and he flipped out and reported us. Now that the ban is over, he comes back on, never apologizes and continues posting happily.

Is something wrong here?

I don't think anyone who reports and tries to take this site down, never mind helping it, should be allowed to post here. It's angering me honestly. That is perhaps one of the biggest backstabbing moves I've seen and I feel nobody who went through such lengths to remove us as a community and site despite our honest and good hearted work should be allowed here.

Cunt is a cunt shocker.

But yeah, that's pretty below the belt - even for a multi-personalitied, stalking pyscho. What happens on the board stays on the board - going down legal avenues is beyond fucked up for an internet messageboard like this.

You're a lot more tolerant and forgiving than most, Yama. That really is a dick move and could have done harm to this community for everyone, so, in my personal opinion, that is crossing the line.

Wow... I don't know what to say.
All my interactions with Pedro have so far been pleasant. Still, I had no clue about what went on behind the scenes. While I agree that it was an incredibly backstabbing move, and an over-exaggeration to say the least, I also believe that it might have been one of those impulsive, heat of the moment-moments. Or atleast I believe in acknowledging the possibility that it could have been. Ofcourse, I don't know what else has gone on behind the curtains, so I'm not going to meddle.

I feel that what has been done is not as important as what could potentially be done again. In other words, is there a risk of this, or something similar/worse happening again? If so, I feel he should be excluded from Biohaze. But if Pedro is truly sorry and if there have been no other issues behind the scene, I don't see a reason to not give him another chance.

However I do understand your dilemma, Yama. Some people just change and go 180 on you, and those people can be very dangerous to keep around.

In all of the conversations that I have had with him, he has seemed like a decent well-mannered chap. I'm not going to presume to tell you how to run your site though, and neither should any other member here, but I'd say just let him be. That being said, reporting your site to your host is hilarious, albeit uncalled for. Though since contacting your host technically didn't take place on your board, I don't think it should be used as evidence against him.

Wouldn't you removing him permanently give him more grounds to complain to the server though? If he is sincerely sorry though, then he should be allowed back in. People do all sorts of stupid things when they're angry. So if he gives a proper, sincere apology, and ties to make up for it, or just promises to not so something so stupid again, then yeah.
Side Note: Is he not able to read this thread?

While were on this subject. I'd like to apologize for being a complete tool in the Korean language thread. As Yuffie said, when people are angry they sometimes say things they don't mean, and I said quite a few ultra-nationalistic things. Some of which was true, and some of which was a little exaggerated. I shall strive to not to be so jingoistic in the future. Also, we did completely derail that thread, resulting in it getting locked (which was partially my fault).

This is not the first time, there have been many other accounts of far worse on other forums. I'm not going to bring it up though, as it's simply not my style, place nor community.

Pedro, I'm listening...

He actually reported Project Umbrella to apthost, our hosting provider. He pretty much claimed "abuse" and wanted the site shut down, can't imagine why. We never did or said anything to provoke him.

Maybe he just doesn't like you, I can't imagine why...
