I feel accomplished I guess... I'm gonna go ahead and call bullshit on the top leaderboard spots, I don't see how someone could get through the game in an hour and a half.

Closest I got to a time like that on Pro was 2hrs and 42mins. And that was with the P.R.L and with Wii controls.

I also don't think those times are legit. lol

Yeah, I can plow through the game in under 2 hours with the Plaga Laser gun, it's insultingly easy, but to get on the leaderboards you have to start a new game, with no special weapons... it doesn't count if you load your old file with the Chicago typewriter or P.R.L.

^ That's why I said the times are ridiculous. Starting a new game without the infinite weapons, and getting a time like that? You're probably somehow cheating lol

Admitidly, I did get carried away killing enemies, when I could have just ran past them... it's just too much fun making heads explode, I couldn't resist. It wasn't a speed run perse, just me trying to beat my own best time.

As for the leaderboards, I don't think it's much a testament to skill as it is trickery. I hate how on EVERY game ya play, the leaderboards are sullied with cheaters.

I don't ever look or try to get on leaderboards. Your time is really good. I've never been able to play the whole game without picking up all the money items and killing all the enemies. It's what makes the game fun in the first place.

I completed RE4 at least 7 times.I have ASOLUTLY EVERYTHING for that game. I still love it though.

I must've played RE4 at least 30 times. I would have a more exact estimate if I hadn't accidentally erased my 20+ runs file last year. I think my quickest play through was 2:46 or something like that. I didn't know it was possible to beat it under 3 hours without superspeed or the Ditman glitch. I was pretty surprised.
