What do you mean? If you're asking which game to download, download RE 4, not DA, I played it, it's not very fun unless you have the Japanese version where you can use the GunCon controller.

Apparently the organization McGivern works for is displayed on the internet and maybe in DA's pamphlet as well. However, the two do not seem to work in the same organization because Leon was somewhat working for the president or some shit like that, and Bruce worked at some organization against Umbrella.

Yes, they do work for the same agency but the game doesn't say they are partners. Maybe they are in the same organization but they work on different levels.
