She wasn't the star of the Fifth Element nor did she have free creative control over what she did in the movie. Ultra Violet was not a major financial success like the RE movies. The first RE movie has very little action scenes with Milla. Apocalypse and onward (after the success of RE1) is full milla action frenzy. Again, math is not hard here.

Actually funny you say that. To further your original point about her and Anderson, she actually had some control over what she did in the movie at the time. Specifically she was married to the writer/director of the The Fifth Element, Luc Besson, when he made it. Some of this is discussed on the special features on the DVD.

And on Ultraviolet, Kurt Wimmer, the director of that wrote the script with her specifically in mind and the two collobarated on all of the action scenes.

It kinda all backs up your point more though. She really does seem like she wants to have a lot of input in how the action and stunts are in most of the films she's in.

But...but... (controls rage) Claire is a civilian... she... DOES NOT DO SUPA-FLIPS and fight in HTH with Albert Wesker.. sorry I mean Reksew, he's Alberts long lost retarded cousin.

You know what, in all honesty if these films would have been title something else, like "Zombie Wars X" or some sh*t like that, without following (or attempting to follow) RE's storyline. Nor adding RE's characters.

THESE films wouldn't be bad, they wouldn't be great, but they wouldn't COMPLETELY SUCK.

PS: NO! You did not INVENT RE5, you ****ing Hollywood plagiarist douche-bags!!!
PPS: If Anderson thinks RE5 is 'teh bestest' RE game, well.. we're outta luck.

Gotta admit? Yes I do gotta admit Perfect Getaway was complete horse shit. I got dragged to go see it and didn't even know Milla was in it. Soon as she appeared on screen I was like holy **** GTFO.

The movie was just complete and utter trash. And
Spoiler:
how they made her character out to be like the happy survivor and redeemed and all innocent despite all the BS she did was just outrageous. Like seriously outrageous.

And thank you rombie for pointing that out. So she was married to yet another writer/director that helped gain her fame. That just furthers my comment about her being a complete and utter slut.
