New York-based actor Joe Cappelletti shared on his resumé that he plays a role in the upcoming numbered game: Resident Evil 6. No more details were given, and the title has already been removed from the credits to, most likely, avoid sanctions from Capcom.

UPDATE - another voice over actor listing the game has popped up, this time giving a bit more info. Chinese actress Wendy Mok credits her role as "Chinese Villager/Zombie" in Resident Evil 6.

Never heard of this guy, but at least we know RE6 is probably about 0.5% complete!

It's more likely he meant Operation Raccoon City.

But if that were the case, he'd just have corrected it. It's not like RE6 is a mystery, we know they've already done the previz-cinematics which means the voice work is done by now.

How we know that?

The Third Floor Inc. had RE6 on their credits, along with RE5, on their previz-cinematics works. Of course, they removed RE6 after it was made public.
