NORTH AMERICA

The North American version was the first to be released anywhere in the world, and is a port of the GameCube version It is uncensored due to the ability to blow heads off of enemies. Not included in the GameCube version is Ada’s story, “Separate Ways” as well as Ada’s Report, a movie viewer, Ashley’s knight costume, Leon’s suit and the P.R.L. 412 weapon. Missing from this version are Easy Mode and Beginner Mode.

JAPAN
 The Japanese version was the second to be released anywhere in the world, and is a port of the GameCube version. Unique to it is the Beginner Mode level Mode level. The Japanese version is censored because heads cannot be blown off. Not included in the GameCube version is Ada’s story, “the another order” as well as Ada’s Report, a movie viewer, Ashley’s knight costume, Leon’s suit and the P.R.L. 412 weapon.
