INTERESTING FACTS

1) This was the first Biohazard and Resident Evil game released for Nintendo GameCube in Japan and North America.
 
2) The Japanese version included a free Memory Card 59.
 
3) This is the first and only full-fledged remake of a game in the entire series.
 
4) In Japan in August 2003, biohazard was re-released along with the GameCube editions of biohazard zero, Biohazard 2, Biohazard 3: Last Escape and Biohazard CODE: Veronica in the compilation set, Biohazard Collector’s Box, which cost 19800 Yen.

5) In Japan in December 2004, biohazard was re-released along with the GameCube edition of biohazard zero in the bundle pack, biohazard DOUBLE FEATURE, which also contained a demo of biohazard 4.
